Terms of Service

• Provide detailed information about your character (references, hairstyle, outfit, color palette, personality, theme, pose, vibes, etc.). The more detailed your brief, the better I can bring your vision to life.
• All progress updates and important changes will be communicated directly throughout the working process.

• Work will begin only after full payment or the first installment (if using an agreed payment plan) is completed.
• Payment plans are available for larger orders (such as VTuber Models or Character Sheets) — feel free to reach out via X or Discord to discuss what works best for you.
• All payments are securely processed via Lemon Squeezy (Encrypted by Stripe) or PayPal.

• Unlimited minor revisions during the initial sketch stage.
• Once the sketch is approved, major changes (pose, core design concept, or full outfit redesign) will not be accepted without additional fees.
• Minor adjustments (such as small color tweaks or finishing touches) are still allowed during the coloring and finishing stages.
• Revisions cannot backtrack to a previously approved and completed stage. (Note: SKEB-Like / Surprise Me commissions do not include sketch or WIP revision stages).

Estimated turnaround time ranges from 10 to 60 days depending on the selected service category, design complexity, and current queue:

• If you have a specific deadline, please specify it in the request form option menu before ordering.
• Final files will be delivered in high-resolution PNG & JPEG formats (editable .PSD included for Character Sheets & VTuber Model Art, and MP4 / MOV / GIF included for animated orders).

• Commercial use (streaming, content creation, and monetized channels) is included in all commissions.
• You own your commissioned character/model art usage rights. However, reselling, redistributing as stock assets, or claiming the artwork as your own creation is strictly prohibited.
• Modification or editing of the artwork or model by third parties is not allowed without prior permission (except standard Live2D rigging by your chosen rigger for VTuber Model Art).
• Strict Anti-AI & NFT Policy: You may NOT use any artwork, sketch, or model created by Pipi Petals for AI training, machine learning datasets, AI modification/inpainting, or NFT/blockchain minting under any circumstances.

Refund eligibility is strictly calculated based on the current completion stage of your commission:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days via the original payment method.

• Direct communication is available via X (Twitter: @pipipetals), Discord (@pipipetals), or Email (as submitted in your Commission Inquiry form).
• Regular progress updates (Sketch → Lineart → Base Color → Final Render) will be provided throughout the commission process unless ordering a surprise SKEB-Like service.
